Senior Procurement Specialists lead the delivery of client solutions, using their procurement knowledge and expertise in one or multiple categories. As a predominantly client facing role, we need individuals with deep expertise, who can build trust based relationships with senior level stakeholders and implement lasting solutions within our client organizations.
A client facing role, Procurement Specialists focus on implementing client solutions using their procurement knowledge in one or multiple categories. We need ambitious individuals who are capable of working with stakeholders at all levels to implement and deliver innovative solutions.
The Procurement Advisor and Hub Buyer roles are generalist roles operating right at the core of our business, in support of the delivery of client solutions. They typically work as part of a wider client facing team, engaging with and influencing client stakeholders on a daily basis - either remotely or on client sites.
Our Business / Data Analysts work on multiple client accounts, working closely with all parts of our business, ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times. Work typically involves critically analyzing client data (for example Accounts Payable data), reporting, writing process documentation and conducting system testing.
Our Procurement Analysts work on multiple client accounts, working closely with client delivery teams, ensuring a quality output is delivered at all times. The role gives the opportunity to gain broad procurement and client facing experience, to learn strategic sourcing methodologies and develop the ability to interpret and analyze data and supplier / market research.
Programme Managers have overall responsibility for the delivery of our client work, and work to ensure clients are delighted with the service they receive. Operating at a senior level within our clients, Programme Managers use their experience and knowledge to build relationships with key decision makers; shape solutions that address business needs; help people through any change process; and programme manage Proxima's people.
