As EVP at Proxima, I am responsible for products, solutions, and marketing. I like to view my role as understanding the sorts of challenges that current and prospective clients face and then calibrating Proxima solutions to solve them.
My (brilliant) team is thus accountable for presenting Proxima in the market, what we do, and how we talk about it. I’m also a regular writer and speaker on all things procurement, digital, and change-oriented. I’ve spent over a decade working in solutions. This has allowed me to design hundreds of commercial programs and
solutions across various sectors and in multiple geographies.

I have over 25 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Procurement Outsourcing, delivering results at both strategic and operational levels within complex multinational organisations.
Peers and management recognise me as an effective leader, programme and change manager, capable of building strong relationships and driving results across all levels. I’ve led large-scale optimisation and transformation projects that have delivered significant benefits to clients. My core areas of expertise include Strategic Sourcing, BPO and Outsourcing, Procurement Optimisation, and Transformation.

I am a proactive and results-oriented Procurement Consultant. I thrive in complex environments by taking a pragmatic approach to problem solving and my strong understanding of how to work effectively as a team, at pace, and under pressure. My approach is grounded in structured thinking and a deep understanding of client needs, enabling me to build strong stakeholder relationships and shape project direction with confidence.
I have a strong track record for delivering success in Retail, Construction, Facilities Management and Public Sector procurement. Most recently I have led high-value projects in complex nuclear environments whilst demonstrating my ability to drive both cost savings and operational improvement.
