A smart approach to embedding tech
Whether it is automating processes, using data smarter, or redefining the customer experience, procurement digitalisation takes many forms and presents many opportunities. Although businesses are under pressure to go digital, it can be hard to cut through the noise in the market and understand exactly what “going digital” means and specifically what it means for your organisational goals and objectives.
“Proxima’s ability to bring commercial expertise, up to date market knowledge and challenge to this complex area, ensured our digital project more than delivered on our business objectives.”
Bringing simplicity to seize the digital opportunity
Most teams are aware of the digital opportunity, but many do not have a vision of what tools they will adopt, why, how, and the benefits. This can lead to a haphazard approach or procrastination, both of which mean a missed opportunity for businesses and procurement teams. Proxima’s Digital and Data services help businesses create digital roadmaps and optimise processes and ways of working that can subsequently be transformed through digital tools. We can plan, source, and support the implementation of digital solutions. The right solution can provide:
- Identification of process optimisation or transformation needs.
- Creation of digital and data roadmaps identifying short and long-term plans.
- Expert support to develop a case for change and drive implementation
