My role involves owning the delivery and execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes. With 10 years of experience at Proxima, I have led some of our most complex engagements. Previously, I worked within the Procurement Outsourcing practice for a global BPO provider. My expertise lies in delivering and leading opportunity assessments and sourcing delivery programs across Europe and North America. I have worked with clients in Manufacturing, Retail, and Financial Services. Additionally, I’ve been involved in transactional advisory activity, assisting clients in preparing for business unit divestitures or integrating new acquisitions to unlock value through synergy programs. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience working with large, complex organizations and handling international engagements. Notably, I managed a procurement team across three continents, successfully delivering a global transformation program while addressing the unique needs of individual local business units.
